Old school: 1989 Panasonic DX-6000


It has a Tange 1 chrome-moly frame. It also came with a full Shimano Ultegra 600 groupe, so the hardware is solid.

On the down side, it has an old Uniglide hub on the back, and used Uniglide cassettes are outrageously priced. I think I have the solution to change it over to a Hyperglide (current Shimano hub) using a Shimano part.

It also has the old Shimano Biopace chain-rings...I prefer round for spinning.

Bike rolls nice...
